Restricted regions

1. Destinations we cannot serve

We do not sell or ship to countries, territories or regions subject to comprehensive trade sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council, or by the sanctions regimes that bind us and our banks, including those administered by the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom.

The controlled list is maintained in our back office and is reviewed as the underlying regimes change. Because sanctions measures change frequently, we do not publish a definitive country list on this page: a destination that is permitted today may be restricted next month. Ask us to confirm a specific destination before you pay.

2. Who is screened, beyond the destination

A permitted destination is not sufficient on its own. We screen the parties, not only the place:

• The buyer and any beneficial owner behind it.
• The consignee, if different from the buyer, and the end user if known.
• The freight forwarder, consolidator or agent that collects the goods.
• The payer, where the funds come from a different party or a different jurisdiction.

3. Restricted end uses

Even where a destination is permitted, we will not supply where we have reason to believe the hardware is intended for a sanctioned end user, for re-export to a restricted destination, or for a purpose prohibited by applicable export control or dual-use rules.

4. If an order touches a restricted party

• We stop the order as soon as screening identifies a match or a doubt, and we do not dispatch.
• Funds already received are held while we complete the review.
• If we conclude that we cannot proceed, we return the funds to the account or wallet they came from, less bank or network charges actually incurred, and only where doing so is itself lawful.
• Where returning funds is prohibited by applicable sanctions, we will tell you that this is the case, and will handle the balance in accordance with the applicable regime and the advice available to us.
• We do not provide the screening result, the list that matched, or a reason beyond the fact that we are unable to proceed.

5. Consignee changes and diversion

The consignee and destination stated in the Order Confirmation may not be changed without our written agreement. A request to change the consignee or the destination after dispatch is treated as a new screening event and will be assessed before we consent. Shipments released against a bill of lading we have endorsed remain subject to these restrictions.

6. Your responsibility

You confirm that you are not a sanctioned party, that you are not acting on behalf of one, that you will not re-export the goods in breach of applicable controls, and that you will provide accurate end-user information on request. You indemnify us against claims arising from a breach of these confirmations.
