1. Warranty period
The warranty runs from the delivery date recorded by the carrier, not from the date of order or payment.
- Complete machines: 180 days from the date of delivery.
- Consumable and wear parts, including fans, power supply units and control boards: 90 days from the date of delivery.
- Where the manufacturer offers a longer warranty for a specific model, the manufacturer's terms apply to the extent they are more favourable to you.
2. What is covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear during normal use of the unit within its published electrical and thermal limits, and that are not caused by any excluded event below.
Within the warranty period we will, at our option, repair the unit, replace the defective part or component, or replace the unit, using parts of equivalent function.
3. What is excluded
- Physical damage: impact, crushing, bent chassis, cracked boards or damaged connectors.
- Liquid ingress, corrosion, or damage from condensation or a cooling loop failure.
- Overvolting, incorrect mains voltage or frequency, or an inadequate power supply.
- Firmware tampering, unauthorised overclocking or undervolting beyond the manufacturer's published ranges, and damage caused by third-party firmware.
- Continued operation after a fault became apparent, where that has increased the damage.
- Consumable wear items beyond their stated period, and normal cosmetic wear.
- Damage in transit, which is handled as a carrier claim under the Terms of service.
4. How to file a claim
- Contact us in writing with your order number, the unit serial number and the date of delivery.
- Provide evidence of the fault: photographs or video of the unit, any error output, and where relevant the firmware version and the pool configuration in use.
- We will first run remote diagnosis. A significant share of reported faults resolve here, without shipping anything.
- If the unit must come back, we issue a written return authorisation with the address and labelling requirements.
5. Turnaround, shipping and parts
Diagnosis is normally completed within a few business days of the returned unit reaching us, but turnaround also depends on whether a replacement part or unit is in stock and on the manufacturer's own RMA lead time.
Shipping costs: where the fault is covered, we cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement unit to you, and you cover the cost of sending it to us. Where the fault is not covered, you cover both directions. Outbound DDP or express surcharges are not covered unless we agree them in writing in advance.
Replacement parts are sourced from the manufacturer or its authorised channel. Where a part is discontinued, we may offer a functionally equivalent part or a credit instead.
6. Warranty is not a performance guarantee
This warranty covers defects. It is not a promise about profitability, payback period or resale value, and it does not guarantee that a unit will remain economically viable to operate as network difficulty, coin prices or energy costs change.
